Nothing too much trouble, the venue suited our needs, can just recommend it. The location seemed comfy in the middle of jackson. Also, this hotel was located 2 miles away from Panorama Mall.

One simple thing. The tv remote did not work in Room 101.

The only thing we liked about the stay was the price of the room and I guess the old saying is true you get what you pay for!
The room was not that clean the staff was very rude. The items listed to be in the room we had to wait a whole day for and then still had to ask again for the refrigerator and microwave.

Convenient amenities included coffee in the morning and a manageable breakfast selection. the room was tidy, and the location was convenient for our visit to the area.
The property lacked upkeep. Stains and cracks were present in the room, and the breakfast options were limited to basic items.
